How quickly can we get set up?
Your event page can be live within 24–48 hours of booking. Share your event details — name, date, city, venue, and guest count — and we get you started right away.
Can I sell paid tickets and also send free guest invites?
Yes. You can run paid ticket tiers for the general public alongside a private invite link for your personal guest list. Both work with the same door scanner.
What happens if someone tries to share their QR code?
Each QR code can only be scanned once. Any duplicate scan is blocked and flagged as Already Used, preventing gate-crashing automatically.

How is payment collected from guests?
Guests pay securely via Stripe at checkout. Funds are settled to your account after the event, minus the GidiStay platform fee.
